Terms & Conditions

* Cake Smash Sessions require a $100 non refundable deposit. They also incur an additional $60.00 on top of 'Studio Session Packages' for a professionally made cake.
* Other sessions require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit in 7 days of your booking.
* Deposits are deducted from your choice of package.
* The sitting allows for up to five people, any additional people in your sitting will be charged at $25.00 per person.
* Parking costs may also be an additional charge for location or birth sessions.
* Interest free payment plans are available, products and digital files delivered after last payment
* Weekend session's are an additional $50
* Turn around on galleries is approx 1-2 weeks generally, if the time of year is busier than expected time frame may be longer please ask.

All images are taken at the highest resolution possible.
All images will be edited, sharpened and resized for printing.
The photographer may decline any request that is not able to be photographed in their given style, or misrepresent their style.
Images selected for galleries are done so at the photographers discretion. Images selected will best represent the photographers style.
NO RAW files will be supplied to a client. They will be shown to a client under the photographers descretion.
Clients files will only be held for one month from gallery given to the clients. If an order is not placed withing this time frame all files will be deleted.
